sarahQ here. Does anyone know the line-up and venue for Saturnalia? It's practically less than a month away! I have not seen anything about it. A girl has to plan outfits.... Current Mood: curious

|The weekend in review
Elysabeth here. We haven't posted in a while because we've actually been out living rather than writing. Many things have happened since Friday. We are changed women. Where to start? What information to divulge? What to conceal? What names should be changed? And who exactly are the innocent?
The parties on Saturday:
I rate the night a 4.
Sarah rates the night an 8.
We hung out with some very fun people, but the parties sucked big time. Hot sweaty apartments and the term 'loft' has many definitions evidently. I never want to go back there. However, the people I went to see are truly 1st class. But you have to share sweat with disgusting people to get to them. I really like my new friend Tracie. She sings just like me. We sang ABBA songs and I was actually in tune with the harmonies. Amazing if you've ever heard me try this before. We ended the night at Exit. A creepy guy whose name is synonymous with a season was there. Ha! As we left we proudly sang the national anthem. NOT IN TUNE. Sunday arrived and it was a totally different day. We went to Big Wig. theevilchemist picked me up. He scared me to death because he drove right over fireworks. Such a risk taker. But that was the least risky thing I did all night. We'll leave it at that.
I give Sunday night at strong 9.
Sarah gives Sunday a 9 as well.
I wish I could tell you more, but I'm a lady.

|Follow the yellow brick road.
Tonight I had an error in judgement. I told Sarah Quarrie that there was a Wizard of Oz marathon on TMC. The reason I said this is because I saw the titles "Wizard of Oz", "The Wonderful Wizard of Oz", "The Glass Slippers" and "The Red Shoes". I was wrong and now I feel dumb. I thought it was a box set like Planet of the Apes. What was I thinking? Turns out that it was just a shoe theme.
You know the feeling when you just want to bury your head in the sand? I have that feeling. Man, I'm a piece of work. Also, have you ever called us at home and gotten our answering machine? I say "Hi" but in my head I hear "Hi, I'm dumb" Is it just me? I'm losing it. I think I need my friends more than ever. Just kidding. I mean, I do need my friends, but I will get over this feeling. I always do. Current Mood: dorky

|I can't see very well....
This is Sarah, and my eyes hurt really bad from a hard day of staring at the puter. But that didn't stop me from watching 2 hours of soaps and Auto Focus.
Deviants all around. It truly makes me feel like a normal person. I mean, how could Mary (she wasn't even on today but it gets my panties all in a bunch) hold a man she doesn't even know and trick him into believing he's her husband? He's a PRINCE for Christ's sake and she's telling him he fought in Iraq. I'd like to kick her in the shin.
Then that John Carpenter...man, he was a piece of work. The lines "group grope" and "Go balls deep, Pop" are my favorites of all time in any movie. I've tried to integrate them into my everyday vocabulary.
Well, that's all I got. Nothing about me. All about THEM.
I have a feeling there's a lot of fun to come in the next few days. Plus my fortune said that Serious trouble will bypass you. I hope it's not the good kind of trouble.
OK bye. Current Mood: drained
|Elysabeth is DONE WITH THE DAY
Tonight we watched autofocus. That guy was a real pervert.
I can't believe that he was jerking off with his friend John Carpenter. That was really out of line if you ask me.
This is Elysabeth by the way.
The soaps were kind of disappointing. They didn't show Mary and Emily today.
But Skye is screwed! I hope they catch the real killer! She's a CLOWN.
Anwyay, we girls are going to bed. Separately of course.
Tomorrow will be a fun filled day of working, cleaning, shopping and maybe some laughter.
Should we go to Liquid Sky on Thursday? It sounds like a good time.
And that's what we're looking for -- good clean fun. Current Mood: tired

OK, I'll break my Livejournal cherry. This is Sarah. I've never been here before. Never done this. Can't say that too often about much anymore.
Anyway, I don't have much to say. Just wanted to see what it feels like.
Feels pretty good.
OK bye. Current Mood: dirty
|Another bad habit BEGINS
This is Elysabeth....
Tonight I picked up a bad habit....watching taped soap operas. This is something that Sarah has been doing for years and I've had NO PART OF IT. This all changed after about 10 minutes of explanations and 5 minutes of viewing.
I hope that Emily can get that guy to come back to her. Mary is such a bitch. She doesn't love him. Okay maybe she does love him, but she's also crazy.
He's a Greek prince for heavens sake. And you all know how I feel about those Greek men. I want the very best for them.
I am HOOKED. Sucks. Current Mood: distressed

|Let the games begin!
Sarah and Elysabeth begin their Livejournal journey.
After deciding that Elysabeth doesn't have enough interesting things to talk about on her own, she concluded that with SarahQ it could get very readable.
Tonight we ate Chinese food.
How's that for starters??? Current Mood: artistic
